Assignments

I am intrigued by the different reading assignments. This is unlike what I have done in my other classes because most of my course work is hands on and there's not a lot of reading. All of the extra credit options grab my attention because there are a lot of them.

  1. Hi Erin! Just a quick note about image information: it's really important to include image information for any image that you take from the web so that you can credit your source. That means you need some kind of caption and a link to the webpage that you took the source from. Most blog posts will have images, so hopefully that will start to feel automatic after a while. Here's more information about that, and the Declarations will remind you about including image information with each image:

Make sure you start using image information with your blog images as you move on to the Week 2 assignments, and let me know if you have any questions about how that works.
About the reading: There is about 2 hours of reading each week which actually is a lot of reading (compared to some courses anyway!), but you get to choose the reading from different options, and I hope you will find some options you like. :-)
